These terms apply to this website and to any Meplify service made available by Fourth Person Ventures, LLC. By using the website or service, you agree to these terms. If you use Meplify for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.

What Meplify provides

Meplify is developing tools for personalized video messaging. Features may change as the service develops. We may suspend access when needed for maintenance, security, or misuse.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the messages and media you provide or send through Meplify. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use them, including permission to use a person’s likeness or voice. You must follow applicable laws and obtain any consent required before texting a recipient. Do not use Meplify to send unlawful, misleading, harassing, or unwanted messages.

Text message recipients

If you receive a text sent through Meplify, it may contain a link to a personalized video from the sender. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further texts or HELP for assistance. Questions can also be sent through our contact page.

Content and ownership

You keep your rights in the content you provide. You give us permission to process that content as needed to operate the service and deliver the messages you request. Meplify’s name, branding, website, and software remain the property of Fourth Person Ventures, LLC or its licensors.

Service availability

We work to keep Meplify useful and reliable, but the website and service are provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every message will be delivered or viewed. Any separate written agreement for a business account may set additional terms.
